NEW plugin does not work with messages!

I put back again
iCarDS Plugin BTMobilePhone (PBAP & MAP services) V1.4.9 DS Setup.exe
and messages are displayed!
this is usually when you first install or replace theme - I can not repeat - but it was several times ..
