* Added 2 new hotkeys 
(1) CHANGESKIN - displays list of skins to choose from
(2) SWITCHDAYNIGHTSKIN - toggle between day and night skins
* Resume delays for individual components. GPS, Radio, and Phone now all each have their own "resume delay" parameter in settings. This is for delaying the initialization of these modules when returning from hibernation/standby, giving the oppurtunity for USB devices to completely initialize before CF tries to acccess them.
* Updated Audio Engine to 2.4.1
* Sort phone contact list by first name

* Cross fade at 1 second breaks media player
* Loading circle doesnt go away
* Going into Video library starts video when shouldn't
* After beep on special hold buttons, another beep heard
* Holding title down, do not hear beep when to let go
* Instead of jumping back/forward in the buffer, radio changes stations
* after resume, volume button doesn't display volume ldialog
* OSK doesn't work with external applications
* SatRadio list does not scroll when loaded
