Nevertheless, rockchip itself - rk3188 in your case - does not have proper usb host drivers, so it will not work with easycap device. Neither custom kerners, nor firmware will solve your problem. It is possible to get video signal by modifying the drivers, but it's unstable and constantly freezes.
